Task Bot collects Slack workspace IDs, user IDs, task titles, task descriptions, task deadlines, task completion status, and message metadata required to send and update task messages.
This data is used only to create tasks, send task notifications, track completion status, generate reports, and send reminders.
Data is retained while the workspace uses the app, or until deletion is requested.
